Romana is a seasoned professional in career counseling, individual development for executives and professionals, change management and coaching.

Romana gained experience in national and international companies mainly in the banking and insurance sector.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Romana has held a variety of HR consultancy roles with several companies in the financial industry. In her last position she was a Senior HR Business Partner and Deputy HR Country Officer for the Swiss branch of a leading global financial services company.

She was supporting managers and employees in the areas of reorganization, staffing, individual development, reward and recognition, retention, performance management as well as talent and succession planning.

She was involved in regional and global projects such as talent management and process enhancements/cost optimization.

Education and Training

Romana studied Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management at the University of Applied Sciences (HWV) in Olten. She is also a certified tutor of the Swiss commercial apprenticeship education program.

Her further training includes targeted selection/interviewing and project management.

Furthermore, she is certified in psychometric tools as IDI/PDI and Birkman.

Romana is fluent in both German and English.
