Uschi Bähler owns the „Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Vocational Education & Company Education“ and is an experienced coach and trainer covering the following areas: leadership, train the trainer, SVEB, job interviewing skills, team and individual coaching.
Accordingly, over the course of her career, and especially during her long experience as Learning & Development Manager EMEA, she is experienced in:

• Coaching individuals and teams in recognizing the effect of their actions towards others and their potential in the areas of self-development and leading competencies.
• Coaching and accompanying leaders and employees in change processes.
• Coaching und consult individuals in their interview process
• Consult HR business partners and line managers in learning & development processes among others, in quality management topics
• Conception and implementation of learning and development programs for individuals and groups

Her experience lies in both national and international companies and covers areas such as medical health care industry, industrial companies, service plants, insurance companies, financial and IT departments.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Uschi Bähler gained experience in various companies in the German part of Switzerland and South Africa.

She led the Learning & Development department EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) of a medical health care company and worked together with the US head office. She has great experience in training and supporting in the Asia/Pacific area.

She led training projects such as „introduction training for new employees” as well as gave support and advice to line managers in the process of change for quality trainings.

She was the contact person for employees, HR professionals and leaders on the topics of education, training and coaching for employees. For restructuring projects she conducted workshops to accompany the employees in the change process.

Education and Training

Uschi Bähler acquired the Solution Focused Competence, the Federal Diploma in Business Trainer, the Federal Professional Certificate Instructor and has a commercial background.

She is licensed for various tools and questionnaire, such as Birkman First Look, IDI / PDI, SitLead, Insights Discovery
