Business/Organizational Leadership Experience
Wolfgang Brötje gained an extensive strategic, operational and leadership experience during his Human Resources career.
He started his career with multinational personal care company and gained a broad, diversified HR background during his 12 years (1988-2000) with company. He also worked for 2 years in the USA (Philadelphia and Cincinnati).
As Global VP of HR for a corporation in the mechanical engineering sector (2000-2007, thereof 3 years in the USA, Raleigh, NC) he focused on the integration of a new company, established an international HR organization, implemented/standardized HR Core Processes and supported change management.
In his last position as HR Director Europe and Asia for an agricultural equipment manufacturer (2008-2011) Wolfgang focused on establishing the new European headquarter in Switzerland, Internationalization/standardization of HR processes, leading and accompanying of change management projects as well as restructuring projects.
Education and Training
Wolfgang studied economics at the University of Osnabrück (Germany).
He is a certified coach (ECA, European Coaching Association) and currently attends a continuous learning program about organizational development. Furthermore he participated in several management and leadership seminars. He is also certified for Birkman and IDI (Personality tools).
He speaks English and German fluently.
